  • Meetings–Monthly Lunches FEDEPE

During a meeting organized by the Spanish Federation of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs (FEDEPE), Anna Ferrer, President of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, recognizes that "the social and economic progress of women in Anantapur is a fact."

Today, "women have the ability to demonstrate that they have progressed, that they have access to education, that they are able to handle small business ..."

For Anna Ferrer, this progress is mainly due to the fact that women "have much more confidence and dignity." Many women in Anantapur have access to college, they can assume jobs in the big cities and have their own opinions. "Today, in India, women have a voice in society"
